About

I'm not a kindred alchemist who has read about this journey. I'm living it.

Right now. In real time. And that is exactly why I can walk beside you.

The Story

Thirty years of doing

I spent 30 years being exceptionally good at doing.

Showing up. Delivering. Earning my place. Building a career that looked, by every external measure, like success. And I was proud of it. I still am. That work shaped me in ways I'm still discovering.

And then I retired. And the doing stopped. And I met a question I was completely unprepared for.

Who are you when you're not producing?

I thought I'd feel free. And I did. For a minute. Then I felt something else entirely. A disorientation I didn't have language for. A low hum of guilt on days I followed my curiosity. A reaching, every time someone asked what did you do today, for something that would sound like enough.

I had earned this. I knew I had earned this. And still. The old measuring stick kept showing up, right on schedule, measuring me against a version of myself I had already outgrown. The measuring stick that only counts things you can point to, report on, justify. The one that has no category for becoming. For integrating. For being.

Sound familiar?

Why AlchemyForMe

I am childfree. And if you are too, you already know what I'm about to say.

Can we talk about the rooms that were never built for us? The wellness retreats that default to school-pickup logistics. The community spaces organized around kid milestones. Spaces that say "all women welcome" but quietly mean "all women with children welcome." There is a particular texture to moving through a world that defaults to the rhythms of parenthood when you don't share them. The questions, the quiet invisibility, the way mainstream coaching and personal development has historically assumed a life structure that simply isn't yours.

How many times have you sat in a room where the conversation defaulted to children, grandchildren, school schedules, and family milestones? And you felt quietly invisible?

That's who this community is for.

When we talk about the childfree experience here, we mean the woman whose primary identity was never built around motherhood. However that came to be true for her. Many of our members have stepchildren, complicated histories with the word "childfree," or a relationship to this identity that doesn't fit any box neatly. You know if this is you. We trust you to know.

I am childfree, and I also value my Auntie title as one of the GOAT titles one can have. I am childfree, and I have seen my most maternal instincts show up with my chosen families. I am childfree, and I am an animal lover on a quest to experience as many unique species possible on our beautiful planet. I am childfree, and yes, I have treasured my Dog Mom years as some of the sweetest.

AlchemyForMe exists, in part, because I felt this gap in my own body. And I knew I wasn't the only one.

This is not a niche I stumbled into. It is a need I lived. And that makes all the difference.

The Turning Point

An identity reckoning

Here's what I've learned from standing in the middle of this:

This is not a productivity problem. This is not a purpose problem. This is an identity reckoning. And it is one of the most profound things a human being can move through.

I started paying attention to different synchronicities. The moon cycles and planets in transit as architecture. Not as entertainment, but as the ancient source of a consistent schedule to completely upend the former idea of 'keeping one's calendar'. Giving consideration to energy-based systems rooted in quantum concepts. Understanding as above, so below as a blueprint for how energy is wired, and why forcing other people's strategies had always felt like wearing someone else's shoes.

I started doing the deep, woman-centred work of untangling who I actually was from who the world had needed me to be.

And slowly. Not linearly, not neatly, but surely. I started becoming someone I recognized.

I'm not standing at the top of a mountain announcing the view is great. I'm on the path. A few steps ahead some days, a few behind on others. My own energy is wired to learn by living it, then alchemize it. That's exactly what this is: raw data, no filter, all alchemy.

My Approach

How I show up

I bring three things to this community:

A Lantern-Holder, Not a Guru

I am not ten steps ahead of you with everything figured out and neatly packaged. I am living this alongside you. And I am here to turn that honesty into transformation. You don't need a guru. You need a way-lighter who tells the truth.

Identity-Level Depth

This isn't about fixing your productivity or optimizing your morning routine. It's about rebuilding your sense of self from the inside out, together, in community. So who you are is no longer dependent on what you produce.

An Energy-Based Architecture

Maps that are a mirror to ourselves. The moon's phases, the planets in transit, the quiet as above, so below logic. Precision tools for understanding exactly how you're wired: your patterns, your rhythms, the things that keep returning. When you stop fighting your own nature and start working with it, everything shifts.

The Invitation

If any of this landed somewhere real in you.

You're in the right place. And I'd love to meet you. Join the AlchemyForMe community and experience what it feels like to be in a private room. Finally. Where you don't have to translate yourself.

Do you identify with the experience of navigating life and career outside of a motherhood-centred identity? Tell us a little about where you're at.

If you've been reading this page and feeling like someone finally gets it. You're right. Someone does.

Turning what you've outgrown into who you're becoming. 🔮

The woman on the other side of this transition introduces herself with ease. She answers what do you do from a place of fullness, not defensiveness. She has built something that carries her fingerprints, her wonder, her hard-won wisdom.

She is already inside you. We're just here to help her arrive.
